Breakoday Quarterhorses operates as a workplace training facility providing internships to secondary and tertiary work students with work experience, work placement in addition to six to twelve month internships for prospective industry professionals both Nationally and Internationally.

Primary Trainer Kate Elliott has current qualifications in Training and Assessment and has been providing internships to aspiring trainers for 20 years and continues to develop and support many industry professionals.
