The property enjoys panoramic views with two purpose built reining facilities including an all weather 60 x 20 metre Part-Indoor, and a 200 metre x 15 metre slide track. Additional facilities include a six horse Priefert Walker, eight steel Day Yards, eight individual tree lined Stallion turnouts, eight stables with 9 more currently under construction,

Client, clinic participant and intern facilities include seperate accommodation available with a bathroom. Outdoor classroom available for workshops, seminars and educational sessions. The property has been ‘‘home to multiple AQHA, NPHA,  and NRHA/RA National Champions along with many interns that have gone on to become successful trainers and colleagues in their own right.

Facilities are available for private, shared or event hosting:
